It was such a pleasure to see how enthusiastic and open the teachers and parents are during the presentation about special education, specifically, Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. Thank you Methodist School of Cambodia for inviting me. I am beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute and discuss these subjects with all of you. At the end of the day, we all share the same goal and that is to support the students in a way that emphasizes their needs and their identities as individuals.
It was a most insightful presentation. Your sharing has sparked many meaningful conversations amongst our staff and parents and this is a testimony to the need for more work to be done with regards to special needs teaching and learning especially in mainstream schools in Cambodia.
